Mini Session Terms & Conditions

BY BOOKING WITH RED DOUGLAS PHOTOGRAPHY, YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

SESSION DURATION:

Each mini session duration is as advertised.

This timeframe usually includes a pre and post shoot buffer time before & after the shooting time.

Please arrive slightly before your session time as to be ready to begin when your time comes around. This helps with the flow of the day. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time, or cancellation of session.

INCLUSIONS:

The session fee is as advertised, and includes the photo session and advertised extra.

Additional images and prints will be available for purchase separately.

PAYMENT:

Full payment is due at time of booking via the booking link.

Walk in's are welcome on the day if not fully booked, and payment is due in full before session commences.

IMAGE DELIVERY:

A secure, private gallery will be provided to you via email within 1-2 weeks of your session for you to select and download your included images and/or purchase additional images and/or prints.

PRINT DELIVERY:

Once your gallery has been received, your included digital images are available immediately to download directly from the gallery.

You are able to choose from any of the provided images as you included extras.

Fine art prints will be made available for local pick up or posted, as arranged. Postal address and details will need to be provided for this purpose.

USAGE RIGHTS:

Clients receive personal usage rights for images.

Red Douglas Photography retains copyright of all images.

MODEL RELEASE:

By booking with Red Douglas Photography, you give Red Douglas Photography the right to use selected images from your session for promotional purposes, including media, website, and marketing material. This includes all people involved in the session, including minors.

You may opt out by request direct to Red Douglas Photography.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the nature of mini sessions, all bookings are final. In the case of cancellation by you, the session may be rescheduled at Red Douglas Photography's discretion on the same day if time permits, or to another mini session day, if available, the booking fee will be transferred.

Otherwise, booking fees are non-refundable.

If the mini session day is cancelled by by Red Douglas Photography, the booking fee will be refunded to you in full.

USE IF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI):

Red Douglas Photography may utilise artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of their workflow. This includes, but is not limited to, editing processes such as the removal of minor distractions, background refinement, and general image enhancement. AI is not used to materially alter the appearance of individuals, fabricate subjects, or generate images that were not captured during the session.

AI tools may also be used to assist in written communications, marketing materials, and documentation. All final images and deliverables remain a true and accurate representation of Red Douglas Photography's work and creative intent
